California naturally provides just the right environment for growing tomatoes. Fertile soil, warm days and cooler nights create the perfect setting for growing flavourful tomatoes. Growing tomatoes outdoors in the fields are the way they’ve been grown for centuries, and this method of growing tomatoes provides us with tomatoes that are firm with a meaty texture.
Many of our farming families have been farming the same land for generations and some actually started helping out around the farm as children, learning the family business from the ground up.
